Infection  Diseases: The Simple Epidemic and SIS Diseases, SIR Epidemics, SIR Endemics, Eradication and Control, Age-structured Population, Basic Model for Macroparasitic Diseases.
Biological  motion: Macroscopic Theory of Motion; A Continuum Approach, Directed Motion, or Taxis, Steady State Equations and Transit Times. Molecular and  cellular  biology: Biochemical kinetics, Metabolic Pathways, Neural Modelling. Tumour modeling, Pharmaco  kinetics.
