in Guest House (GH)&amp; its CateringServices &#8220;Requisition Forms&#8221; are available at the Reception of GH or can be downloaded from the website: www.iitbbs.ac.in<\/li><li>Duly filled in forms, forwarded by respective HOS may be submitted at the GH reception.<\/li><li>In case of requisitions for Deluxe Rooms\/ Institute Guests, duly filled in forms are to be approved by Director\/ Deputy Director\/ Dean\/ HOS\/ Registrar.<\/li><li>The booking is purely provisional and subject to availability.<\/li><li>No telephonic bookings will be entertained.<\/li><li>The room is allotted on
