Please Note:

1. Each standard (student / academician / industry / R&D) registration includes:

Admission to all technical presentations and exhibits, all session breaks, working lunches and one banquet dinner reception. One registration kit including details of the sessions and abstracts.

2. Please note that a single student registration allows only paper presentation. However, academician and industry / R&D registration allows at most two papers presentations per registration.

3. In order to receive the discounted student / IEEE registration rates, the delegates are requested to submit appropriate documents (such as photocopy of the valid student identity card and /or IEEE membership card) along with the duly filled registration form and registration fees.

4. Accompanying person(s) must be registered and is limited to family members of the primary registered person. The accompanying person registration includes admission to exhibit and break areas, banquet dinner reception and working lunches.

5. The total registration amount must paid either in the form of a demand draft (DD) to be made in favour of CEP, IIT Bhubaneswar payable at Bhubaneswar or may be paid online via Bank Transfer to the following Account.
