Shri Manas Kumar Behera has joined as Assistant Registrar in Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar on 10th August, 2011. Prior to that, he was working as a junior officer in Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Total experience in Academic Administration and Finance & Accounts is around 9 ½ years. He has completed Master degree in Commerce from Utkal University of Orissa.
