Faculty Development Program titled “The Power of Gender Equality,” organized by Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), Women Welfare Committee (and) WWC, School of Infrastructure and School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Management, IIT Bhubaneswar and Heartfulness Institute. This program aims to foster a deeper understanding of gender sensitization, POSH and the vital role it plays in creating an inclusive, respectful, and empowering academic environment.
